Correlyze is an initiative to develop and offer a correlative research platform that combines the strenghts of advanced microscopy devices and imaging techniques.
Built on XamFlow, Correlyze is a research platform that integrates advanced microscopy, spectroscopy, and tomography techniques and offers efficient correlative image analysis, automated evaluation, statistical analysis and visualization. It combines open-source, in-house, and commercial processing modules, accommodating diverse image types, scales, and dimensions. Enhanced entity management tracks subjects across modalities, enabling comprehensive statistical analysis and utilizing machine learning for processing and interpretation.
We invite interested partners from academia and industry to collaborate. Correlyze also comprises initiatives like Osteolyze.
